On Monday I filled up at the local Hess gas station at $1.91 a gallon and then went to the store. When I came back in about 30-45 minutes the price had gone up to $1.96 a gallon, and I don't think the tanker had been to fill up the gas station. What a rip off, just because it was Memorial day.

Price hasn't changed here for about 6 weeks - the cheapest is still $2.08 a gallon in town.
