I generally slow down gently when I have Mr or Mrs ****wit doing that to me... Last thing I need is an arse on my tailgate, doing make up while on the phone, and that's just the men!!
They either back off or overtake - either works for me.
I sometimes imagine, after they've overtaken me, that I find them pulled by the cops or upside down in a ditch...
