Filing Taxes - online or agent?

Filing Taxes - online or agent?
I have been in US 9 years and have only ever filed via turbotax on line. I have no complaints, but I do wonder if I am missing anything.
I see the HR Block and other places and wonder if they offer a better deal. I assume they just do the data entry for you, but am I missing a trick?

HR Block are great if you've got a simple case, but I wouldn't use them for anything else. They aren't accountants that do the monkey work, but "tax" preparers that follow a script.
BIL's girlfriend did try their online offering and liked it, but there's nothing different/better about it than anything else.
We're boring though and do it the old fashion way with paper and pencil.

If you are comfortable using TurboTax there is absolutely no reason to go to someone like H R Block.
If your tax situation ever becomes too complicated for you to want to use TurboTax then you will need to go to a real accountant - H R Block won't be any use in that case.
