Well i would consider that reasonable considering your in NJ and it was rebuilt properly in the first place. You'd be looking at another $500 to $600 down around NYC or in the posher 'burbs I suspect.

Had a quick shufty, the drivers side is about an inch shorter than the near side Hence the door not shutting properly, can't see any creases in the chassis. And I'm sure the battery never used to be where it is now

Tut tut tut....look at the corrosion on the battery terminals..typical builders truck.

What year and how many miles on it gruff.

BTW might be an idea to just check the ABS module (in pic top right where the brake lines go to) it looks a bit off kilter and that might be enough to have split a break line (doubt it but you never know)

Doesnt look like enough damage to affect the trans shifting though
