Sorry to hear about this. The only BE poster I've met in person. A most calm and polite gentleman - you'd never know he was so quick on the trigger finger on the interwebz. He didn't even blink when I looked up his restaurant suggestions with an Apple laptop. I'll raise another to you, FB.

Life can be incredibly cruel sometimes. But at the risk of sounding trite, it's quality that matters rather than quantity and I think everyone on BE has been enriched by their interactions with fatbrit and his wonderful insights on various topics over the years. That is how he will be remembered by us all.

Im really sorry to hear about Fatbrits "Dave's" passing I always enjoyed the banter in the Lab over the use of open source software, He was a goldmine of useful Linux based info as well as the Visa process for the US and has helped countless folk here. He shall be missed.
