Yep! Rushman, AWP or Ray just have to say "down Shep" and he rolls over with his tongue hanging out (note to self - kill that mental image)

My point is that marriage has its roots in religion, rather like Christmas does. I did not mean that all marriages have to involve religion or religious people in this day and age, rather like many of our modern Christmas habits have no religious significance. However this does not change the fact that marriage is/was a religious concept.
So bollocks to you, you daft munter.
EDIT - oh look - munter number 2 has arrived. I have no idea what she has posted as I have her on ignore but I bet she now wishes she had waited for 5 minutes.

What utter and complete bollocks!
Marriage has its roots in things financial and political. Keeping dosh in the family and ensuring good connections. It also gave men a better chance of bringing up heirs who were directly related to them
All that romance and lovey-dovey things - and religion - came much later.
But I expect the rest of you knew all that already. Not sure why I bother to try and educate this Tw*t...

Re: Election Results
Marriage’s primary purpose was to bind women to men, and thus guarantee that a man’s children were truly his biological heirs
