Doc Steen Should Correct His/Her Website
#1
MV passed on this URL to a ng poster:
http://k1.exit.com/spouse1.html
and there is an incomplete statement in the site which I picked up.
PLEASE NOTE: CANADA AND THE UK DO NOT DO DIRECT CONSULAR FILING FOR US CITIZENS WHO ARE NON-RESIDENTS.
Canada does not do Direct Consular filing regardless of whether or not the USC is a resident of Canada. They will not allow DCF in any instance.

Have you noticed that the info on that page strongly parallels the info on the Doc
Steen site? Ever wonder where he got his info? Alvena
