PLEASE NOTE: CANADA AND THE UK DO NOT DO DIRECT CONSULAR FILING FOR US CITIZENS WHO ARE NON-RESIDENTS. Canada does not do Direct Consular filing regardless of whether or not the USC is a resident of Canada. They will not allow DCF in any instance. Rita |
