Since I am anti it - and only became so after being here a few years and seeing the injustices of how it is applied - I would be all in favor or hanging him up from a tall tree, cutting off his limbs inch by inch, covering him in honey letting a rope drop to the ground and letting a nest of fire ants loose below him.

I'm all for locking him up in a cell in general population.

thanks

nurses assist the doctor in administration of the lethal injection, i wonder how they justify that to themselves in an ethical sense jobwise sometimes, im not saying i disagree with the death penalty, i just wonder how it makes them feel and their reason behind choosing to be that person.

during my job, there are many things i have to do, that sometimes if you gave them too much thought it could be bad for the head having said that its also very rewarding

Sorry Ray, you're right. Jumping the gun a little (tried to speed read the article).

My opinion is that he should. I'm pro Death Penalty, especially in this case.
The system convicts the wrong people all the time. Here and at home :-

I was number 8 on the against the death penalty for the same reason as the above. You cannot have a institutionalized death penalty as long as innocent people are being killed.

Yes, of course this is true, but in cases where there is zero doubt, I am all for it.

The decision is not taken lightly to execute.More safety and earlier decisions as to final appeals must be quicker. No longer should they be waiting 20 plus years. For the crimes as discussed on here execute without delay.

Sorry, but everyone in the justice system is found guilty "beyond reasonable doubt", but still there's innocent people being convicted, not loads, but enough.

I'll listen to that argument if I'm given concrete proof that at least one innocent person has been executed. Not an assumption. Actual proof.

i'm gonna vote yes but it's ONLY if the person has been proven 110% with forensics that they are the guilty party...if i was on the jury and any doubt whatsoever then it would be no.

When did forensics ever provide conclusive proof of murder? A felony murder conviction generally requires proof of intent, and we don't have a machine to measure that.

i agree with you, as in all areas of science evidence from forensics does not mean proof, very rarely is one piece of evidence conclusive proof. i would look at forensics as supporting evidence to help prove a point.
