I don't know if the procedure has changed since I did it in April 2001 but the questionaire was a piece of cake....by the time the guy had got done explaining what I needed to do (out of habit because I can actually read) I had it finished.
The ceremony was quite emotional for me. I have no regrets.

If you're a guy, prior to the naturalization ceremony they give you testosterone implants to make your voice deeper.
You can also elect to have an optional procedure where they extract all the whiny that is usually found in the British male, and replace it with a spine.
