No, I had one call about managing the salesforce for selling portraits in Wall-mart :rolleyes:. At the other end of the spectrum I have had another call from a head-hunter for a great job, where I have to first propose a business plan on capitol equipment for the hydrogen fuel cell market :confused:

Yes he was paying, I'll pass on your number! ;) You know what, he had the biggest cheek though ... he wanted me to have bigger boobs cus I'm only a 34" chest, and the one thing I didn't do before dumping him was to tell him that he had the smallest d##k I had ever seen ... he was quite happy to 'try' to make me feel bad about myself, but I just couldn't bring myself to totally destroy his stupid ego!

There's gold in them thar hills.... hydrogen is clean burning and an "alternative" to gasoline. Of course, it's not sustainable forever as people would have you believe, but it is a very hot market right now.

I am too busy working for the man....

But there are a lot of suckers looking at $3/gallon gasoline and thinking hydrogen, solar, etc are the answers. They aren't -- they cannot provide enough juice -- but in the short term they are great money makers. And the government is sure to throw money at research projects.

Who is making the proposal, and to whom? Is it an NSF grant? DOD? Private?

In the "less-than-rocket-science" category, I found out that people are making money by figuring out which cars will be the next big thing, getting on car dealers' waiting lists, and then selling their place in line. A woman I know who got on the RX-8 waiting list made $2,000 on eBay by selling her place in the queue! :eek:
