Oregon is north of California and south of Canada. Its colder than California. I did once go north of Seattle but it was colder than Oregon so I turned back before I got to Canada to see how cold it was there.

Don't know if you should really call it Canada's healthcare program since healthcare is dealt with provincally and its benefits vary from province to province.

Not to mention Canada's healthcare system and employees' rights...another stepping stone between the US and UK. Depending where you live in Canada and I can only speak of the Toronto area...from my experience they are more like Brits than Americans.
