Called NSC today.
They told me they are working on May 6th now. Has anyone else been told this?? My first NOA was May 30th, i asked her about how much longer and she said she doesn't know. So i kinda complained about first it was 70 to 100 days now it's 80 to 110 days, and next it will be 70 to 300 days. She didn't say anything. I'm so tired of waiting. My fiance is from Vietnam and i lived in Vietnam for 1 1/2 years . So for 1 1/2 years we were together every day, and now i can't see her. Because they wouldn't let me file the paperwork from Vietnam even though i was working there they told me that i have to go back to the states. When i first came back i didn't find a job for a month or 2, so i couldn't file the paperwork. I haven't seen her since march. I am getting very angry. Sorry just had to tell my story and vent. Anyone else have a Vietnamese fiance?

LOL Ahhhhh the same ol BS spewing from Nebraska. I called today as well & was told April.

I wont bother calling today, since they'll probably tell me that they've just found some applications from the end of March and are now holding everthing else to work on those...
Argh!
I think I will get around to sending that letter out to my congressman this afternoon after all. In the very least I will have some new INS mis-information to report to the group

Well at least they are on May 6th now. They were on April 11th for months.
Venting is good. I have the same 1st NOA date as you. I am just keeping
myself busy to make the time go by a little faster. But my phone bill sure
is high.

My 1st NOA is 06/18.
I got a LONG way to go it looks.
I've seen an approval from 05/22 already, so they've got to be working on your 05/06 applications as well. Hope you guys here something before the end of September!!!!

Oh heck so do I... mine is the 24th May and I am just about hanging in there by the skin of my teeth!!!! but I feel happy each time I hear of another getting approved.. sure beats all that time of waiting and seeing nothing happen..lol Just keep busy and keep positive and know in your heart that you will get there...
