I-360 is subject to revoke!
Hi!
I need an expert advice. I have approved 1360 from my previous marriage. I receive a letter from immigration stating that my approved 1360 is subject to denial if I don’t provide them enough proof that my marriage was good faith marriage.
Now first question is why the immigration is asking for the marriage proof where I have applied the I360 by myself not on behalf of my previous wife?
What legally INS could do or I should do at this moment?
Also I have applied the I-130 and I-485 with me current wife and waiting for an interview, which would take another 12 months or so.
Should I tell ins to stop my previous case?
I would truly be thankful if someone can show me the right path.
Thanks in advance!
