Buy a house, get a visa legislation introduced.
In an effort to get rid of some excess housing stock, a new proposal is moving forward in Congress. Spend $500k cash on a house, get a visa.

However, this visa would NOT give you the right to work in the USA. Just the right to come over and hang out.
