Excellent, I had no idea it had that kind of power. I have a full size stainless steel Cuisinart food processor and I love it. I just took a leap of faith and bought one of these from Amazon (some colors are marked down) and it says it will grind coffee and make pesto, so it is probably fine. Thanks
