Pretty much all banks offer that service and that is by invite only on the most part...but it's basically the bank offering you a phleb to deal with personally rather than having to do any banking stuff yourself.

HSBC need $100k average monthly balance in the US to get the Premier status; if the balance goes under this then you're still Premier but they charge you $50 for that month. HSBC in the UK give Premier status at £50k balance. If you have Premier in one country, then you can have it in all regardless of your balances in that country.
They're really good for incoming, as they'll set up accounts before you even get here and post all the cards, check books, etc out to your current country (for us, that was Switzerland). They also gave us proper credit cards straight away, with a good credit limit, and said that if we need it they can also do a mortgage. The only thing they couldn't do was an auto loan, apparently that's not allowed because they're registered in... um, some eastern state, and not Arizona where we wanted to buy cars.
