Automatic here and I now would like an auto in the UK as well.
Last car I was in, in the UK, kept stalling on hills, found it draining in heavy traffic. Kept putting it in the wrong gear:curse: which is so embarassing as I love driving and the manual cars did find fun.
Luv auto here as I can drive much further distances without getting tired, great on hills and heavy traffic.

Autos are made for either lazy sods or crap drivers that cant handle gears.

I don't have a car, but my vehicle has 10 gears. You guessed it, I'm on a bike.

Can't do that where I am. You'd be road kill before the day was out.

I would have as well...I find the more you are not supposed to laugh or find funny with something the more I find funny

And the number of times I've sat through a church service or similar with someone singing completely off tune or key and the audience is deadly silence and the atmosphere is serious...I go into fits every time, I can't help myself...the hankies get stuffed into my mouth anything but nothing works
And whoever has the misfortune to sit beside me is always mad at me and so embarrassed they are sitting beside me

My grandma used to always sing hymns a few words behind everyone else. When the hymn had finished she was still singing, completely oblivious and very loud. My children loved it
