Yes for a sibling or older son (particularly if married), but not parents - they are the same category as a spouse.

Visa from hell because it's only temporary, no direct route to a green card unlike most other visas. And FWIW, I think the 'anchor baby' is just a tongue in cheek phrase, don't think anybody means it seriously!

what I find suprising is the fact a U.S citizen , baby or otherwise, can change your quarantine status from 'come on in' to 'go somewhere else for two weeks', all would have to have taken the tests and showing negatives, is it really different, i find that perplexing.
