Hi, 3 years ago i was at college in the US, and one night i was given a ticket by a cop for public intoxication and under age drinking (i was 19). However, i left to go back to Britain only a few weeks later for good, so i thought, and left the matter unresolved. I have just recently returned to the same college and the ticket i recieved 3 years ago is playing on my mind. I really do want to pay the fine, as it would be a huge weight off my mind, but i don't want to own up if i would be putting myself in deep trouble. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
