I can see why you asked for more, 1 tiny bottle is about 2 teaspoons worth!!
cost of proper maple syrup though, can see why lol

The trick to being 'healthy' with many of these places is to avoid (or be choosy with) the dressings. Most 'fast food' places now have 'healthy' offerings, but if you accept, or pour on, many of the 'tasty' dressings/sauces (thousand island, ranch, chipotle, even simple 'mayo', etc) then you pretty much defeat the purpose. I've taken to ordering my sandwiches without mustard or mayo (or any other 'creamy' dressing), and instead going with 'oil and vinegar' - an option sadly lacking at many places, but available at Subway.

A subway sandwich with 'oil and vinegar' has 70 fewer calories than the same sandwich with Ranch dressing; mayo is only 10 calories behind. And choosing 'Tuna' as a healthy alternative (as my g/f does!) on a sandwich delivers 260 calories, compared to 50 calories for Turkey (note: 'Tuna' in this context is a mixture of the fish with mayo and other ingredients; 'Pure' tuna would be extremely healthy but that's not what gets used on sandwiches). This page gives you the lowdown on Subway sandwiches.

Mustard is okay...it has zero or near to zero calories.

Wasabi - now that is fun stuff! I like to eat just enough to get that burning sensation up the nostrils ... but - snorting it seems a bit excessive . Puking up on that very expensive sushi, though - that's sacrilege!

Their TV ads make me laugh, no family of Italian descent with any respect for themselves would have a big family dinner there.
