Wrong Date of Birth (I-130)
My Aunt filed I-130 for my mom(her sister) in 1995 and now the case is with nvc, they have sent the agent choice letter, but when i was looking the form i realized that my mom's date of birth in the form I 130 is incorrect, Can i ask NVC to change the date of birth? Is this possible? If yes , will it affect my mom's case?

Better to contact NVC and pointeds that out, by providing supporting
eveidence. My sister put wrong BD when she filed I-130 for me. I
contacted them and requested to change by providing, passport pages,
Driver's License, Birth Certificate all notarized. I was already
inside US.
Unfortunately, I gave the orginal copies of my sister's I-130 for which
my lawyer's paralegal used instead of the bio I provided in their form
(I alos told the lawyer during consultation) when applied for greeecard
via AOS. Attempt to correct during the interview didn't result in
correction and I received greencard w/ wrong birth date. All my
documents in US have correct birthdate and so I am contacting uscis for
correction.
