Hi,

I am a F1 holder graduating in May 2001 planning to stay in the US after my OPT. I am
considering a job with a relatively small NGO (Non Governmental Organization). Does
anybody know whether it would be harder or easier to get a work visa (H1B) through an
NGO and why?

Thanks.

M.

That would depend on your professional qualifications. Are you a doctor, nurse, software
engineer etc. It really doesn't depend on whether your employer is a governmental unit.
