Work visa possible with record?
This question is about trying to get a work visa if you have a pot
posession conviction (in my case 7 years ago). I am a Canadian citizen.
I have applied for and recieved a non-immigrant waiver (I-192) to enter
the U.S. (going on my 4th one). But I'm a little concerned about not being
to apply for an immigrant waiver to work in the U.S.
If anyone has ever been granted a waiver under these or similar
circumstances or if it is even possible, I'd love to hear about it.
Thanks.
