Income sources for I-134
Hi All!!
I'm preparing our I-134 and I have a question about income sources. I'm not
working right now. I just graduated from school and I'm taking nursing
boards soon. I have earned about 16,000usd so far this year. I'll break it
down:
8400 in work wages from Jan-Apr
1000 in 401k distribution
6600 in unemployment benefits
The unemployment benefits just kicked in. I've only received 1 check so far.
I get 255 a week for 26 weeks.
I don't anticipate collecting the entire unemployment benefit. Once I pass
boards, I'll get a job quickly.
Can I use these sources for our affidavit (15,150 is needed).
I do own a car worth about 2500 now (9 years old) and my last 3 tax filings
show that I consistently am above the 125% poverty level.
