The only one I have heard of issuing or rather stamping is JFK back in January.

Shaun:
Can you give some details why they refused admission for first time, I
still have a chance to change my ticket to JFK.
Please reply ASAP.
Thanks

Amgad,

JFK can be a bitch to get to and from, especially in the summer, if your final destination is west of the Hudson River. But if the EA stamp is important to you, you've gotta do it. Newark does not give the stamp.

It was Simone who was refused entry 2-1/2 years ago, not Shaun.

Regards, JEff

When I came through Newark last year I was not given the EAD stamp but just the papers to file with the BCIS office...

I was'nt made particularly welcome but I was not searched and was treated with proffesional courtesy.

I had a very enjoyable and easy trip through Newark POE with my two munchkins last December. I had left 3 hours to change plains - paranoia - but only needed 10 minutes.

I specifically made arrangements to go thru JFK last May, paid $75 more for my tickets from Paris to Indy and got the EAD at the airport. It was hard to find a flight, but well worth it as I started work days after my arrival.
