Hi I called up the Vermont Service Center on Monday (2nd July) to find out that my
case has been approved. What happens now?
Can someone tell me likely timescales and also what processes need to happen?
Also, is the phone system ever wrong? (my attorney said that she hadn't got anything
from VSC yet).
