Want to check on forms for AOS from K-1 Visa

Hi everyone.
I just want to double check my info. I did actually talk to a real live INS person on the
phone the other day, but I trust you guys a lot more than them (LOL) First of all we can
use forms downloaded and printed from the INS site can't we? The guy on the phone
suggested us doing that instead if going into an INS office. Secondly I want to check the
forms.... I know about having the I-1485........ He also mentioned the I-130 as well,
which we didn't get told about. I just want to check that we do file that too.
That's about it really.
