Hello All,

Has anyone got experience of applying for a Visa, disclosing vintage convictions which the Visa dept. decided involve 'moral turpitude' (20 years ago, non-custodial, non-violent, non-drugs, £50 fine!) and they then submit it to DoS and DHS with a recommendation of a Visa (but without guarantee as those depts. have to issue/approved).

The letter say it can take 6 months. Does anyone know how long it actually takes, based on their actual experience ?

Is there any way to expedite based on humanitarian grounds ?
