Hi,

I have E3 visa for US.I have two small dependant children (1 infant and one 3 years old).Can they travel with me to US on Visa Waiver Program and then I can obtain E-3D visa for them?

Children dont need to attend interview then should I use visa point for children only?

Please suggest???

Why do you want to do it the hard way? Just curious.

Any particular reason you do not care to have your children get their visas concurrently? I really do not understand why you are asking.

You know, if you sincerely want some help with your various issues, I recommend you start using your words a little bit more. None of us is being paid to pry this info out of you and eventually (well in other forums already) the info you get is going to seriously degrade in quality.

If it's not worth your time to type out a proper reply or explanation of your situation, board members may find its not worth their time to add a reply.

The employer/sponsor want me to start ASAP but children E3D will take 1 week to process from Australia.

Hi:

I am still confused. Most people would like to spend less money. Also, many people would like to make simpler, more efficient and have it take less time. Also, the urge to run into trouble at the port of entry and be refused entry is puzzling to me. I have a feeling that E-3 employer wants you sooner rather than later -- I would suggest action consistent with that.

Absolutely not. VWT admissions are not allowed change or extension of status -- by defintion.

I don't think the OP has even realised or registered that his children may not be allowed into the country. That is the first hurdle let alone even thinking about changing status.
