Visa Application
Hi,
My Fiancee is coming to see me in the coming few weeks and we are going to apply for
the K-1 very soon. We were just wondering if we can actually go to London to start
the process off quicker or do we still have to send the G-325A and the I-129F into
the INS office in the US. Basically would there be any advantage in going to the
Embassy in London together?

Nope. The procedure is that you send the petition to the service center, and there
are NO ways around that if you want a fiance visa.

You have to start the process by filing with a service center that handles your jurisdiction. London consulate visa process is required after receiving K-1 approval. You could check out how long K-1 process is taking at your service center by visiting:
