Mailed I129F package on 10/4/01, recvd. Ist NOA on 11/19/2001, saying they entered on
11/7/01, and would notify in 15-21 days.
As required, I have attached with I129F, the "intention to marry within 90 days",
documents (signed) by me and my fiancee. But my fiancee's document is a "fax copy"
Should I call them and let them know, or just wait for 2ND NOA?

We too filed with VSC, with timelines similar to yours. I would urge you to call them
& fedex your original fiancee's letter of intention asap. Since you have the tracking
no. by now, you could just send the letter to them first & quote the tracking no.
Don't worry, it would be fine.
