hi can anyone help me about application on this V visa , i already pitition my wife and
kids on 1997 and it been approved that years,how can i get a V VISA ,does she need to be
here in U.S to alvail the visa? I would really appreciate if anyone can advice me on
this matter!

You will have to wait until INS issues regulations about that visa. Most likely, you will
be able to get it whether or not she is in the US.

Yes, INS and State Dept is working out the regulations for this visa. INS will send out
letters to eligible applicants in there respected countries in mid Feb. TO find out all
the details read the cable sent by State department to all the US consulates through out
the world. GO to www.shusterman.com and click on LIFE ACT INFORMATION and read this cable
"State Department Cable On V And K Visa Processing (1-30-01)"
