hi, i have travel advance parole and EAD. i was supposed to travel by next week
outside US. i originally planned to use my valid H1-b but my employer let go of me
today. Would that be a problem if i re-enter US without an employer? I mean buy just
using advance parole? thanks.

It depends. If your I-485 is family-based, it's fine for you to use advance parole to
re-enter the U.S. after leaving. If your immigration is not employment-based, you
don't have to be employed.
If your I-485 is employment-based, and the H-1B employer is also the employer which
filed the I-140, and if less than 180 days have passed since the filing of the I-485,
then you are in trouble, and you will have to try to solve some problems if you still
want to become a permanent resident of the U.S. I think you will put yourself into a
less favorable position by leaving the U.S. and re-entering in parole status. Check
with an attorney.
