Unfortunately this seems to be true

EMPLOYMENT-based categories: Very little to no forward movement is expected in the coming months since the final action dates for many categories advanced for April 2024.

PERM approved. Filing I140 with premium processing this week.

May bulletin is out with no movement as expected so probably won't get to update ya'll until October.

I was in Mexico last week and asked CBP looks like you are right and my lawyers are wrong. Pretty cheesed that I paid to go up to Vancouver when I could have got to the border for $2.50 on the trolley.
