Hi! finaly I found this forum. My Husband is an immigrant of US and I'm
here in the philippines. He filed a I-130 last year with his lawyer.
Just like to ask How many years will take it long to get the petition?

You give too little information. Firstly does he only have a GC or is he
already a citizen? processing of I-130 will also depend on where he filed.
Even after I-130 is approved there are a bunch of other things including
that both you and he would need to do.
