Default Can a person get stamped two H1B visa on his passport ??. Pls advice me on this.

Dear Friends,

My friend is working in One of TOP IT companies in india. The company
has sponsered H1 for him and H1 visa got stamped on his passport. Since
he is a critical resource in the project company is not releasing him
from the project. It seems for another 1yr he has to be in the project
only.

He is planning to file H1B through a consultancy. Once he get H1
through someother consultancy he has planned to resign his job from the
current company and fly to US.

The question is. He has already stamped H1 on his passport, and the
company is not in a position to send him to US. can he file H1 through
consultancy ???. If he does so, during consulate interview they can
view his H1 visa stamped on his passport, so will they ask any question
regarding the previous H1 ???? will it cause him any problem. ??? . Pls
advice me on this. He is in big confusion.

Thanks a lot.

Siv.

He needs to get a new one for a new job, and petinent paper work for
each part-time job if he holds many part-time jobs.
