Default B2 Visa for spouse when I have a GC?

Hi,
I have the following scenario:
I have a green card and my soon to be wife is Mexican. We will get married in Germany where I am original from and we would like to apply at the US consulate in Germany for her to get B2 visitors visa. She has her residence officially in Germany and will start a school program soon. I am not sure if I will stay in the US foor good and since I am working for a world wide cooperation and I can get transfered back to Europe if I wish. Eventhough the process is rather long to sponsor wile I am a permarnent resident I would like her at least to come over and visit me before we make that decision and get the visa process going. As a mexican she doesn't fall under the visa waiver categorie so the only chance I see for he is a B2. I would like to ask here what my chances are that she could get a B2 visa to visit me with the intention of leaving after the stay?

Anything helps. Thank you.

Any chance she can get a German passport?

Failing that... she will have to meet the same standards that everyone else who is applying for a non-immigrant visa has to meet -- i.e. demonstrate "substantial" ties to, in this case, Germany. Financial ties, family ties, a job she has to go back to, property ownership, a lease, etc. Having her husband in the US will probably be a factor against her as the CO may view it as making her more likely to overstay her visa/immigrate illegally to the US.

You pay your money, $100?, and play.

I would say the odds are not in your favour but nobody really knows.
