I am a Canadian citizen and I have a Canadian company (Incorporated).

I got a contract work in USA and I am looking for TN visa.

They offered me on W2 but I am looking for 1099 / Corp to Corp from US company to Canadian company.

1) How it works?

2) shall I get TN visa for 1099?

3) Shall I get TN visa for Corp to Corp (US company to Canadian company)?

4) How tax returns will work?

4a) Do I need to return taxes in usa or Canada?

5) If I accept 1099 as a individual contracotr, can I deposit the amount in my canadin company?

6) Can I get Social Security number for TN Visa?

7) If I take W2 do I need to pay the tax in both countries?

I am new to this I am looking for more information. please help me.

I contacted with consultency company, they told me if "I go for corp to corp (USA company to Canadian company) Need L1 visa"

I didn't understand.. L1 visa is only for intra transfer..

To get a TN visa, you take their job offer and show up at the CDN/US border. You will have to fill out a form and pay a small fee, and then you'll get your visa. By far, it is the easiest type of visa to get.
