I sent the completed checklist (the OF-169) to the Sydney consulate on the 21st of
March, just under 3 weeks ago, requesting an interview for the 21st of May. As yet,I
have heard nothing back from the Consulate acknowledging receipt of the OF-169, or
advising me of an interview date.

Before I contact the consulate again (and risk annoying probably overworked staff
there), what has been others' experiences in the response time from the consulate? If
I hear nothing by the end of this week, should I contact them again?

Thanks in advance,

Ken

I heard it takes them approximately a month to reply. Give it another week.
