Staying less on non immigrant visa
Hi there,
I wanted to know what might happen if someone, for whatever reason, cannot stay on a non immigrant visa (E1, L, H1B etc) for all the lenght granted by the consulate.
For example, I've been given a 6 months period but for personal reasons I've to come home 2 or 3 months earlier.
I guess the only problem is for someone who overstay the visa...
Thanks!

We had 3 year L visas and only stayed for 2 years when we returned to the UK. No issues with anything.
