Default Immigration reform question

Is there anthing in Obama's reform that will allow L2 dependants to gain employment.

Was just wondering if anyone knew

Obama's proposal is still just high level objectives, no specifics yet, and certainly no level of detail such as you're asking about.

Since an L-2 dependent spouse is already able to work... which L-2 dependents are you talking about?

Of what age? There are labor laws, entirely separate from immigration law, that deal with children working.

Between the age where it would be appropriate for them to work as defined by labour laws and when they age out at 21.
