start a C Corporation under H-1B Visa
Hi Everyone
I have a question regarding starting a c corporation under H-1B Visa.
Can a H-1B holder being Board of Directors?
I understand that H-1B Visa is company based unless he have H-1B for this
new company otherwise
he can not be an officer of this company. But how about being a board of
directors?
