Hi Friends,

I have filed H1B through a consultancy. My present employer also
willing to file H1B for me. Can i file H1B through more than one
employer at a time ??. Will it put me in trouble getting Visa now or in
future ?.

I have given different version of resume to both of them. Will US
Embessy record my resume ? and will compare the resume during visa
processing ?. Will it cause any problem to me.

Pls advice me on this.

There are people who hold part time jobs at different places and they
must file H1 for each for them seperately. So I think you will be
okay.

Reverybody has different resumes for different jobs.

No.

I think you are scared because you lied in your resumes. Fortunately,
you are safe as long as your boss doesn't find out the lies.
