Question Sending Form I129F

Last question before I send the envelope with all the forms, do I have to certify the envelope at the post office? I'm asking because sometimes government offices do not want you to certify documents that are been sent to them. I will appreciate your reply, thank you.

The best method is to mail it Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested. That way you have a way of tracking it, and you also receive a receipt with the date it arrived there.
