Default Am I a beneficiary of the session 245i?

My aunt, who is an American citizen, filed a Petition For Alien
Relative (Form I-130) for my mother in the year of 1988, therefore my
father, my siblings and myself were derivative beneficiaries on the
same petition.
In 1999 we received a package from the American Consulate with all the
paperwork to start the immigration process, but, for our surprise, my
brother and I were not mentioned anywhere in the documents sent by the
consulate, later we realized that we were completely excluded because
we were over 21 years of age.
My parents and my sister went through processes and had it approved in
2001, my name or my brother's name did not appear in any document in
the whole process.
Today I am living in the US illegally.
I'd like to know if by being a derivative beneficiary in the petition
my aunt filed on my mother's behalf makes me a beneficiary of the
session 245i although I was not part in the process, only in the
petition.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

You might possibly be eligible *if* your aunt's petition was filed on or before January 14, 1998 - so you would need to know the exact date she applied.
