Default RFE for L1b

Hi,

Quick query regarding RFE - (request for evidence) on an L1b. Does anyone know if once you have submitted the RFE, your application goes back to stage one? Or does it get looked at straight away.

Basically wanting to know, is it worth getting the application done on "premium processing" now, or is it irrelevant because it has already moved up the pile to be assessed?

Thanks

Generally speaking, with *any* RFE, you do not go back to stage one, but it doesn't necessarily get looked at straight away. Usually, it's someplace in between. On the assumption that the evidence gets correctly matched to the case file, processing will pick up where it left off.

It might have helped when the application was submitted, but I think it's pretty much irrelevant now.
