require help of L1B visa
Hi
I am 12+3 diploma holder. and having 6+ years experience in IT.
Now i am applying for L1B visa for USa from my company. Will there any problem in my visa process because of i am not having any degree?
Please suggest me

There is no degree requirement for a L1B visa
just specialist knowledge
I.E.
Specialized-knowledge employees have a detailed understanding of the company's products / services and the international markets for those products / services, OR they have advanced knowledge of company processes and procedures. It must be knowledge that can be obtained only through experience with that employer and that is important to the competitiveness of the company
