renewing a russian passport
my wife is a russian citizen but lives in the us and has a temporary
green card and has a russian passport that is not issued with her
married name. she is going to ukraine this summer and i am having a
tough time finding out if she needs to renew this passport to travel
over there? if so where do we get this done and if not what travel
documents does she need?
