Hi,
I came to Us in H4 .I got my H1-B approved in Nov 2006.I travelled to
india in Dec 2006 and returned to US in H4.Now i want to get my H1 stamped
before i start to work.Is it safety to get it stamped from Canada because it
is my First H1...If the immigiration puts any query will they reject my H4.

There's always some risk applying for a visa in other than your home
country, especially for a 'first' H-1B or similar. I'd try to find
other people with a similar background who've tried. If your degree is
from the USA or Canada, there's probably less risk.
There's no reason why they should cancel your H-4 visa, but they do
sometimes.
